These colourful traditional Indian quilts are handmade by artisans in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The quilts are 100% cotton consisting a double layer of fabric which is hand-stitched together (no batting). They have high quality block colour backing and have the traditional Kantha stitch all over (parallel lines running all over the quilt). This stitch is made in multiple colours of thread, adding more beauty and vibrancy. These attractive and traditional quilts add a pop of colour to both modern and traditional décor.

 As they are block-printed and hand-stitched, small variations and slight imperfections add to their beauty and uniqueness.

Each quilt comes with 2 matching bed pillowcases. Backing fabric colours may vary slightly between the quilt and pillowcases.

The quilts can be used as a bedspread, throw, bed runner or a light weight cover and can also be used as a wall hanging.

Washing Care

Quilts can either be spot-cleaned with mild detergent or hand washed in cold water with 2 tablespoons of dissolved salt, to prevent colour loss. Do not wring out the quilt as it may affect the design. Also, do not scrub too hard or the stitching may be affected. Dry in the shade to prevent fading. You may choose to iron the quilt.
